Returns and Refunds Policy

We will gladly refund, replace or exchange any product purchased from us.  The following terms and conditions apply to our policy.

No Fault returns, exchanges and refunds:

  1. Let us know via WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving/ picking up your item. We will not consider your request once 3 days have passed.  Whatsapp +27645032880. 
  2. All no fault returns or exchanges are charged a courier fee of R80 which the customer is liable for. Once we have received the item back, we will process the refund and deduct R80 from the amount.  We will arrange the courier to pick up your parcel once you have informed us that you would like to return your item. 
  3. Exchanges are charged at R160. R80 to pick up the item from the customer and R80 to send the replacement item. The customer must deposit the additional R80 into our bank account and then the replacement will be sent. 
  4. If a client would like to return items to our business premises or one of our pop-up shops, there will be no additional fees charged.
  5. All returned items will be assessed for damages before the refund is processed.  If an item is found to have damages, the refund will not be processed. All items are assessed for damage before being shipped.  An item will never be shipped to a client with evident damage. It can happen that a manufacturing fault may become evident once the client wears the item.  Please see information below. 

Manufacturing Faults:

It does happen that an item can have a manufacturing fault which only becomes evident after the client starts wearing the item.  Please inform us within 30 days of receiving the item if you encounter any manufacturing faults.  We will assess each on a case-by-case basis.  Please inform us of this via WhatsApp + 27645032880.
