Please read the following carefully before placing your pre-order.

1. This is NOT stock on hand, and it is ordered from India when you place your order. 
2. It takes approximately 3-4 weeks for your order to arrive.  Please allow at least 3 months before you need your item.  We do sometimes experience unforeseen delays, although this is rare, it does happen.
3. If you do need your item urgently, we can express courier, at an extra charge. We will need to get a quote for you, and I cannot forecast what this will be.  Express couriers also attract customs duty and that will be the responsibility of the client.  To have an item express couriered please WhatsApp 0645032880.  The time frame for express courier is roughly 2 weeks.
   
4. Pre-orders are not refundable except where there is a manufacturing error.  If you are unhappy with your item, I can try to re-sell the item for you.
5. Manufacturing errors are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and there is no set way of dealing with this. 
6. With regards to sizing - I have provided guidance on sizing per item.  You will notice the India Size and then the SA Size.  If you are unsure of your size, please order one size bigger.  In that way you will have room for adjustments.  
7. For items less than R500, full payment is required.  Items over R500 can be paid in 2 instalments.
8. A 50% deposit is required for items over R500. The balance is required when the item arrives in SA.

3. Select the EFT option for making payment.  PLEASE DO NOT USE THE YOCO OPTION AS THIS INCURS ADDITIONAL CHARGES.
4. Please do not do an EFT until I have emailed you an invoice.  Even though this stock is currently available in India, I do have to check stock levels before you pay.  
5. Select either courier or pick up.  The delivery charge will be added automatically.  If you select pick up, no charge will be applied. If the cost to deliver your items comes to more than R80, you will be contacted to make the balance of the payment. 
6. We will provide updates on the shipment so please include your email address. 

Please rest assured that we have put measures in place to ensure the quality and timely delivery of your item. However, errors do happen and when they do, we do our very best to compensate you even if a refund is not possible.
